ANPR / Parklands neighbourhood watch success

WANTED VEHICLE FOUND

The alert went out to the Parklands Neighbourhood Watch ANPR response group that a wanted vehicle had entered our area. PNW responded immediately and put the call out over the CW radio to inform SAPS and the various Security Companies. Avid Security found the vehicle and PNW, UPC Tactical Secure Protection and Complex Patrols all followed the vehicle while keeping SAPS updated. The vehicle was escorted back to the police station where further investigation is on the way for this vehicle and 4 suspects. Thanks to Complex Patrols, PNW members, UPC Tactical Secure Protection and Avid Security.

Street Muggings & Robbery Hotspots

Gie Road in Parklands, Guilford Road in Parklands, Parklands Main Road all the way down to Sandown Road are hotspots for street muggings and robberies.

Please be extra careful and aware of your surrounds in these areas.

Please report all suspicious activity to SAPS, your Armed Response company and PNW.
